Cara Membuat Cumi Cacah Goreng Tepung


Halo Kali ini saya akan tunjukan cara membuat makanan cumi cacah goreng tepung. Oke sebelum membuat kita siapkan dulu bahan bahannya ya..

Bahan :
400 gr cumi / putih bersih , pisahkan kepalanya
2 sdm air jeruk nipis + 1 sdt garam halus
25 gr tepung sagu
25 gr tepung terigu
1 putih telur
1 siung bawang putih , haluskan
1/3 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt garam halus
100 gr tepung roti
1 btr telur , kocok sebentar utk celupan

Bahan Adonan, campur aduk hingga rata :
50 gr tepung terigu
merica bubuk secukupnya
garam halus secukupnya

Cara membuat :

  1. Lumuri cumi dan rendam dalam air jeruk nipis + garam , diamkan 15 menit , cuci dan tiriskan .
  2. Haluskan setengah bag. cumi , sisanya cincang halus , campur dengan tepung sagu , tepung terigu , putih telur , bawang putih , merica dan garam halus , aduk rata .
  3. Tuang adonan dalam loyang persegi panjang yg sudah di olesi minyak tipis – tipis , ratakan , kukus hingga matang kira2 45 menit .
  4. Setelah dingin , potong adonan .
  5. Lumuri potongan adonan dengan bahan Adonan, ratakan celupkan dalam telur kocok , gulingkan ke tepung roti dan ratakan kembali .
  6. Simpan dalam lemari es kurang lebih 1 jam .
  7. Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang , goreng cumi bertepung hingga berwarna kuning keemasan .
  8. Angkat dan tiriskan .
